Sourcing

Boiling

The parboiling process is carefully controlled to retain nutrients while improving texture and shelf life. This step enhances the rice’s resistance to insects and makes it easier to digest.

Drying & Milling

After boiling, the rice is dried using solar and mechanical methods to achieve optimal moisture levels. Milling is done using advanced machines that remove husk and polish the grains without damaging their structure.

Cleaning & Grading

Our rice is passed through multiple sieves and sorters to eliminate broken grains, stones, and impurities. It is then graded based on size, color, and cooking quality.

Packaging

We use food-grade, tamper-proof packaging that preserves freshness and prevents contamination. Each pack is labeled with batch details, nutritional information, and expiry dates.

Quality Control

Our in-house lab conducts regular tests for microbial safety, pesticide residue, and nutritional content. We are FSSAI certified and comply with all national food safety regulations.
